Johanns Friedrich

Join Johannes Friedrich from World Resources Institute to learn how to connect climate science, data visualization, and creative communication. Johannes will provide insights from his work tracking global emissions and climate progress through open data and demonstrate how digital storytelling and visualization tools can make complex information accessible. He will also share how his team partnered with the makers of the board game Pandemic to create the climate board game Daybreak/E-Mission that engages audiences beyond the screen.

This session invites students and colleagues from across all programmes. Whether your background is in sustainability, IT, visualisation, information design, or game design, you’re invited to explore how your technical and creative expertise can contribute to climate action and awareness.
