We are thrilled to invite you to the second WebDev Meetup hosted at the Red Bull Base in Elsbethen. Join us for an evening filled with engaging talks, knowledge sharing, and excellent networking opportunities.
All talks will be in English (talk order and time slots are subject to change).

5:30 PM - Support or Solution? How Coaching and Mentoring Can Help You Thrive
Ever wondered whether you need advice or a push in the right direction? Mentoring and coaching offer two distinct ways to grow—one focuses on sharing solutions, the other on helping you unlock your own answers. Join this talk from Klaus Bayrhammer, a Senior Engineering Manager to learn when to seek mentoring, when to ask for coaching, and how to thrive with the right kind of support.

6:30 PM - Why Complexity Isn’t Just a Technical Problem
Big initiatives get messy fast, and “shared understanding” is usually the first thing to wobble. As more teams, stakeholders and interests get involved, assumptions can drift, perspectives tend to multiply, and shared understanding diverges. Erin Ramsay, Product Owner here at Red Bull will share in that session why that happens and how we can keep understanding aligned as projects grow.

Location
Halleiner Landesstraße 24, 5061 Elsbethen. The event takes place in the Auditorium in Building 1.
Transportation Options:
- For public transportation, bus lines 160 and 165 have a stop near the main entrance. Alternatively, you can take bus line 7 or the S-Bahn to Salzburg Süd, which is a short 5-10 minute walk away.
- When you arrive by car at the Red Bull Base please drive to the entrance with the barrier ("Schranken"). There will be a person guiding you the way to the Auditorium in Building 1 where the meetup takes place
